Amy Waldo has over 14 years of experience in accounting and finance. Amy began their career in 2007 as a Broker Associate and Bookkeeper at Re/Max Choice, where they were responsible for A/R, A/P, and other accounting processes. In 2012, they joined ABM | Healthcare as a Staff Accountant and DOT Coordinator, where they were responsible for supporting a group of locations providing Payroll, A/R, A/P and other accounting processes, as well as managing Excel format spreadsheet structures, monitoring of budgets, and financial statement generation. In 2017, they joined Wendover Art Group as an Accounting Team Lead, where they were responsible for generating and maintaining records relating to accounting transactions, preparing correcting journal entries, researching and resolving accounting errors and discrepancies, assisting with budget preparations and financial analysis, monitoring costs and expenses, conducting end-of-month close, performing account reconciliations, preparing and maintaining revenue models, expense analysis, and other financial reports, reviewing applications and approving credit for new customers, administering progressive invoicing process, managing daily accounting/financial issues, and reviewing the work of Staff Accountants. In 2021, they joined APCON as an Accounting and Finance Director and Controller.
Amy Waldo received their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Colorado Technical University between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Trumbull Business College between 2005 and 2007.
