Paulo Avila

Paulo Avila is an experienced professional in the field of PCB design and manufacturing, currently holding the position of Director of DFM Engineering at APCT since January 2014. Over the years at APCT, Paulo has progressed through various roles, including DFM Engineering Manager and Sr. DFM Engineer, where the focus has been on collaborating with customers during the design stages and ensuring manufacturability of PCB designs. Prior to APCT, Paulo worked at Viasystems and Merix Corporation, leading DFM efforts and creating essential stack-ups and impedance models. Early career roles included electrical test programming and operation, starting from Data Circuit Systems to PCB Engineering. Paulo holds a high school diploma from San Jose High School.
