Cailyn Walker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee experience management and talent acquisition operations. Currently serving as Employee Experience Manager at Apeel since October 2019, Cailyn has also held roles such as People Systems & Operations Manager and People Systems Specialist, focusing on optimizing people technology and processes while enhancing the employee experience. Previous experience includes various positions at Chapman University, including Talent Acquisition Operations Supervisor and Undergraduate Admission Representative, where Cailyn was instrumental in planning recruitment events and guiding students through the college application process.
