Erik Lange has extensive experience in logistics and operations. Erik started their career as a Business Analyst at Dole Fresh Fruit International, Ltd in 1997. Erik then moved to Dole Fresh Flowers as a Senior Analyst from 1999 to 2001. At Dole Food Company, they held the role of Senior Analyst in Corporate Strategy from 2001 to 2003, and later became Senior Manager of Global Transportation from 2003 to 2005. Erik then joined Dole Packaged Foods, LLC as Director of Operations from 2006 to 2008, and later became Senior Director of Logistics from 2008 to 2018. Erik is currently working as the Senior Director of Logistics at Apeel Sciences since 2018.
Erik Lange began their education at Duke University in 1985 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics in 1989. Following this, they pursued further studies at The Wharton School from 1995 to 1997, earning a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing.
