Kimberly Palmer has over 15 years of work experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. Kimberly began their career in 2005 as a Recruiter for Recruit 121. In 2006, they moved to Robert Half International as an Accountemps Staffing Manager. In 2007, they became an Account Executive for Accounting Principals. In 2008, they joined Kforce as a Client Relationship Director, where they grew weekly gross profit to over $15k and generated $1 million in 34 months. In 2011, they became a Recruiting Manager for The Climate Corporation. In 2013, they moved to M Squared Consulting as VP Sales, Strategic Accounts. In 2019, they became Head of People for Phil, Inc. In 2020, they joined Juniper Square as Manager, People Business Partners. Finally, in 2022, they were appointed Director of Talent for Apella.
Kimberly Palmer has a Bachelor of Science in Outdoor Recreation & Resource Management from Indiana University Bloomington, which they obtained from 1996 to 2001. In 2021, they obtained four certifications from LinkedIn: Building Relationships While Working from Home (June 2021), Being a Good Mentor (April 2021), Giving and Receiving Feedback (April 2021), and Mindfulness Practices (April 2021).
