Theoren Loo

Theoren Loo is a seasoned Senior Data Scientist currently employed at Apella since November 2024, with a prior tenure at Brightline from November 2021 to September 2024, where Loo focused on health economics, outcomes research, and product development. Experience also includes serving as an Epidemiologist II for the County of San Diego, where Loo developed a program to enhance COVID outbreak detection, and as a Research Manager at ClearCost Health, designing studies that led to the creation of a mental health company. Loo's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology and Global Health from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
