Megha Katti

Megha Katti currently serves as the Head of Business Intelligence and Analytics for the Rare Portfolio at Apellis Pharmaceuticals since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director and Director of Commercial Insights & Analytics at Sarepta Therapeutics from September 2022 to September 2025. Megha previously held the position of Associate Director, New Product Commercialization Insights Lead at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals from September 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities included leading global insights for pipeline products and developing probabilistic revenue forecasts. Prior to Alnylam, Megha worked at Biogen as Sr. Manager of Divisional Insights and Analytics, and at Huron in life sciences strategy roles. Early career experience includes a consulting role at The Lucas Group and an MBA summer associate position at Pfizer. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a ScB in Biophysics and Economics from Brown University.
