Pierre Koch

Pierre Koch serves as the Directeur RH at Aperam since July 2022. Prior to this role, Pierre held various leadership positions, including Managing Director & Operations Director at 5N Plus inc. and Managing Director at Axedis, where responsibilities included full P&L management and support for disabled workers' autonomy. Pierre's experience also includes significant roles at Afton Chemical overseeing a SEVESO unit and leading production as Plant Manager, as well as positions at BUROTECH Group, Lhoist, HeidelbergCement, and CBR_Cement, covering project management, continuous improvement, production management, and process engineering. Educational credentials include an MBA from Vlerick Business School and an Ir Civil degree in Metallurgy from Faculté Polytechnique de Mons.
