Romain Dole

Romain Dole has extensive experience in quality management, currently serving as the Quality Manager at Aperam since May 2018, overseeing a department of 35 individuals focused on customer quality through audits, inspections, and claims. Prior to this role, Romain worked as a Quality Manager at Socomec Group for nearly nine years, managing an 8-person quality department. Romain's career began with positions as a QSE Manager at Cascade, a QSE engineer trainee at ArcelorMittal, a QSE trainee at CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives, and a Process/Quality trainee at Sanofi, all contributing to a solid foundation in quality and environmental safety.
