Mercedes E. Martin-Burgess

Mercedes E. Martin-Burgess is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Serving as President and CEO of Mercedes Martin & Company since August 2017, Mercedes leads efforts to ensure organizational success while also holding the role of Global Inclusion Practice Strategist at Aperian Global since January 2020, focusing on enhancing cross-boundary collaboration. Previously, Mercedes was the Executive VP of Business Transformation and Innovation Practice at Ashton212 from September 2016 to January 2020, as well as an Executive Coach and Talent and Leadership Development Consultant at EY from 2007 to 2016. Earlier, Mercedes co-led InPartnership Consulting Inc. from 1993 to 2007, driving initiatives to foster inclusive environments. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami.
