Jessica Faketty

Jessica Faketty has extensive experience in property management, currently overseeing multi-family communities for Aperto Property Management since December 2020, focusing on leadership, training, leasing, and advertising. Previously, as a Community Manager at Aqp Property from January 2016 to July 2020, Jessica managed over 140 units across multiple communities, ensuring full occupancy and compliance with company policies, including court trial attendance. Jessica's earlier role at San Diego Residential Property Management from January 2006 to January 2016 involved daily leasing and managing operations for a community of over 200 units, along with conducting monthly reports and audits. Jessica attended Brown Mackie College from 2005 to 2007.
