William Brossman

William Brossman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. William is currently the Director of Business Development at APEX, where they focus on utilizing innovative technology to enhance musculoskeletal care. Prior to this, they were a Founding Partner at The Black Swan Partners LLC, where they specialized in risk, compliance, and business continuity strategies for organizations. William also served as a Lecturer in Law at Santa Clara University School of Law and as an ERM Process Leader at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. Additionally, they held the position of Worldwide Partner and Chief Compliance Officer at Mercer Health & Benefits, where they developed and led the compliance function. William Brossman began their career at Mercer, where they worked as a Principal for several years.

William Brossman has a diverse education history. William holds a Master of Science in Risk Management from NYU Stern School of Business, focusing on Strategic Risk. William also obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Prior to that, they completed a JD degree in Law at Western New England University. Additionally, Brossman has a BA degree in Political Science from Ursinus College.

In terms of certifications, Brossman is actively licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C., New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. William is also a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, which they obtained from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE).
