Jacqueline Rigg serves as the Chief Executive Officer of APEX (Association of Professional Executives of the Public Service of Canada) since June 2019. Prior to this role, Jacqueline held multiple positions at the Canada Border Services Agency from July 2015 to June 2019, including Assistant Deputy Minister of the Human Resources Branch and Director General of Human Resources. Additionally, from July 2012 to July 2015, Jacqueline worked at the Department of National Defence as Director General of Civilian Human Resource Management Operations. Jacqueline Rigg earned a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours, with a major in Finance from the University of Ottawa.

The Association of Professional Executives of the Public Service of Canada (APEX) is an independent not-for-profit corporation that proudly represents the interests of all federal public service executives across Canada.
