Jeffrey H. Barrett

Jeffrey H. Barrett is an experienced professional in the energy and regulatory sectors, currently serving as the Director of State Affairs for the Western Region at Apex Clean Energy since April 2021. Prior to this role, Jeffrey held positions at PacifiCorp as a Strategic Affairs Advisor and Regional Business Manager from August 2016 to April 2021, and served as the Deputy Director at the Governor's Office of Energy Development in Utah from September 2011 to August 2016.
