Nikhil Kondabala

Nikhil Kondabala has a wealth of experience in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on wind technology. Nikhil most recently served as the Vice President of Wind Technology at Apex Clean Energy, leading a team of engineers and analysts in wind farm execution, technology forecasting, and turbine procurement. Prior to this role, Nikhil held positions as the Director of Energy Technology, Senior Manager of Energy Analytics, and Manager of Energy Analytics at Apex, where they developed financial models, created analytics departments, and managed design and analysis programs for turbine selection and system architecture. Before joining Apex Clean Energy, they worked as a Senior Application Engineer and an Energy Applications Engineer, where they managed met tower fleets, developed databases, and performed site suitability and mechanical load assessments for wind turbines. Nikhil also gained valuable research experience at Texas Tech University, where they worked as a Graduate Assistant and a Research Assistant, focusing on wind turbine wakes and turbine inflow characterization.
