William Reichert, CSP, CHST has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. William began their career in 2002 as a Project Manager at Shenandoah Estates, where they oversaw commercial and residential construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. From 2005 to 2009, they worked at Upland Casework, Inc. as an Operations Manager, responsible for various operational tasks such as accounting, payroll, and inventory management.

In 2011, Reichert joined SolarCity as a Site Auditor, later becoming a Project Manager and a Regional Audit Lead. William then moved to Tesla in 2013 and served as a Quality and Safety Manager.

In 2015, Reichert joined the University of Virginia as a Senior Construction Safety Officer and later became a Senior Health and Safety Compliance Officer. William implemented a new system for leading indicator analysis and played a key role in creating safety initiatives and modernizing training programs.

Reichert joined Sun Tribe in 2018 as the Environmental Health and Safety Director before becoming the Director of Safety and Quality. William leveraged their construction experience and solar expertise to contribute to the company's success.

In 2021, Reichert joined Apex Clean Energy as the Director of Health and Safety, and later assumed the role of Head of Operations Integrity. In this role, they focus on ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations while prioritizing sustainability and cost minimization.

William Reichert, CSP, CHST has a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Science and Technology with a focus on the environment from James Madison University, which they obtained between 2000 and 2005. William also holds a Certificate in Leadership Essentials and Practices from the University of Virginia, which they completed in 2017. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including CSP (Certified Safety Professional) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals in 2016 and OSHA 500 certification from NC State University in 2015.
