Scott S. Huismann

Scott S. Huismann, PE, is a multi-disciplined Professional Engineer with extensive project and management experience. As Director at Apex Companies, LLC since 2006, Scott focuses on practical solutions in areas ranging from due diligence and site assessments to remedial solutions and wet utilities systems design. Previously, Scott served as COO at The SI Utility Group, overseeing operations for over 300 wastewater and drinking water treatment plants. Additionally, as Vice President at The SI Group, Scott directed the Military Privatization Program, facilitating environmental services for the renovation and management of over 100,000 military housing units. Scott's engineering career began at ENSR from 1991 to 1997. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned in 1990.
