Kevin Hardin has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Kevin began their career at McClier as an Architectural Draftsman/Design/Shop Drawing Manager in 1992. Kevin then worked at Town & Country Homes as a Sales representative from 1993 to 1997. Following that, they joined Centex Homes as a Division Sales & Marketing Manager from 1997 to 2001. Kevin then served as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Neumann Homes in 2001 and later established their own business, Grand Design Consulting, as a Sole Proprietor from 2002 to 2003. Kevin subsequently joined Airoom Architects & Builders as a Sr. Architectural Designer/Sr. Project Development Mgr./Sales Manager from 2003 to 2015.
In 2016, Kevin became the Vice President of Business Development & Design at MediaTech Intelligent Systems, where they focused on expanding the company's market reach in the Chicago Metropolitan area and leading the design and implementation of integrated multimedia technologies for residential and commercial projects. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Director of Sales/Director of Project & Design Development at DESIGNfirst Builders.
Currently, Kevin holds the position of Director of Sales & Marketing at Apex Exteriors, Inc. starting from August 2021.
Kevin Hardin attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture.
