Brian Sprague

Brian Sprague is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in compensation and total rewards. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Consultant at Stealth Startup since May 2024, Brian's previous roles include Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources at PEAK6 from January 2021 to May 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at HC Technologies, LLC from September 2015 to December 2019 and Senior Human Resources at International Trading Group, LLC from 2009 to 2015. Brian is also pursuing a Master's in Human Resources Management from the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, with studies ongoing since 2016.
