Bruce Kolman

Bruce Kolman has a wealth of experience, starting as an Independent Options Trader and Market Maker at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in 1983. Bruce later became an Options Trader and Partner at CMZ Trading, where they mentored and educated staff on option trading. In 2012, Bruce founded BK Trading and served as the Managing Partner, overseeing the development of microsecond trading strategies and creating algorithms for automated trading signals. Bruce then joined TD Ameritrade as a Senior Specialist in Retail Trading, before transitioning to a Senior Analyst in Active Trader Compliance. At TD Ameritrade, Bruce responded to inquiries from regulatory bodies, drafted compliance reports, and applied knowledge of rules and regulations to business operations. In 2019, they joined Apex Clearing Corporation as the Futures Chief Compliance Officer. Overall, Bruce has a strong background in trading, compliance, and business development.

Bruce Kolman has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy and Mathematics from St. John's College (MD). Bruce also holds a J.D. degree in Law from De Paul University College of Law.
