Grace N. is an experienced art therapist with a strong background in mental health and educational programming. Currently serving as an Art Therapist within the Mental Health Team and as the SONYC Afterschool Program Site Director at PS. 184 Shuang Wen for Apex for Youth, Grace has pioneered various art therapy initiatives, including a virtual/in-person Therapeutic Art Program and a Summer Group Art Therapy Program. Previous roles include developing a summer art therapy program for North Korean defectors at Heavenly Dream School and providing support for at-risk children at the Korean American Family Service Center. Grace has also facilitated art therapy for youth at East End Hospice and served as an intern at several organizations, including the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services and PS 172 The Beacon School of Excellence. Grace holds a Master’s Degree in Art Therapy from New York University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
