Inger Munkhaugen

Inger Munkhaugen currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Apex IT, a role held since January 2021, where efforts focus on helping developers and contractors save time and avoid unnecessary rework in property inspections and handovers, with clients documenting over 50% time savings. Previously, Inger held the position of Customer Success Manager at both Apex IT and MazeMap, contributing to similar objectives in customer satisfaction. Earlier experience includes work as a Miljøterapeut at Kirkens Bymisjon, focusing on group homes for unaccompanied minor refugees, as well as at Trondheim kommune within the cultural unit. Inger holds a Bachelor’s degree in Barnevern from Sør-Trøndelag University College, earned between 2011 and 2014.
