Anne Zhang

Anne Zhang is a highly experienced Senior Key Account & Customer Service Manager at Apex Logistics International, with a focus on key account management and customer service since April 2021. In this role, Anne oversees internal training and leads a team to ensure efficient supply chain coordination and strong client relationships. Anne played a pivotal role in establishing the Apex Thailand office and has expertise in air and sea freight operations. Prior experience includes significant roles at Panalpina, where Anne supported the SAPTM system launch and led customer service efforts, building relationships with major high-technology clients and managing numerous key accounts. Anne holds a Master of Science in International Business and a Master of Science in Digital Marketing and Sales from Nottingham Trent University and KEDGE Business School, respectively.
