Milton Seligman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public policy, corporate affairs, and academia. Currently a Global Fellow at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars since June 2015, Seligman focuses on a research project regarding interest groups and public policy in Brazil. As a Professor Convidado at Insper and Principal Consultant at Milton Seligman & Associados, Seligman provides expertise in executive education and consulting. Previously, Seligman held significant roles such as VP of Corporate Affairs at AmBev, where responsibilities included overseeing various corporate governance aspects, and served in several key governmental positions, including Executive Secretary at the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade, and President of INCRA. Seligman holds an engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, complemented by foundational education at Colégio Santa Maria.
