Whitney Allen

Whitney Allen is currently working as a Personal Trainer at Apex Park and Recreation District since March 2023. Prior to this, Allen served as a Wellness Manager at YMCA of Metro Denver from March 2022 to February 2023. Allen holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Exercise Health Science from Arapahoe Community College. Currently, Allen is pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Exercise Physiology at the University of Northern Colorado, expected to graduate in December 2025.
