Katherine Mendez-Castillo

Katherine Mendez-Castillo has extensive experience in customer service and team leadership across various roles. Currently serving as Team Leader Administration at Apex Roofing & Restoration since January 2020, Katherine assists homeowners with the roofing process and manages files to provide exceptional customer service. Previous positions include Customer Success Manager at After School Karate and various roles at Fitness4less, including Mentor and Front Desk staff. Additionally, Katherine worked as a Customer Service Representative at Axe-enviro and as a QA Specialist at 24-7 Intouch, where responsibilities included listening to calls and coaching agents. Katherine's earlier experience includes a role as Hostess at Applebee's. Katherine is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies at Full Sail University, expected to graduate in August 2025, and holds a bachelor's degree from Bowie State University.
