Aissatou Bah

Aissatou Bah has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Assistant Stylist at Rich look hair from August 2015 to May 2017. During this time, they handled client inquiries and complaints, managed schedules, and provided excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

From January 2017 to January 2022, Aissatou worked as an HR Generalist & Senior Recruiter at Pacific health systems, where they reported directly to the director as the sole HR personnel. Their responsibilities included overseeing successful employee integration, reviewing payroll and timesheets, and interacting with clients, patients, and potential employees with a high level of patience and knowledge of HR practices.

In January 2022, Aissatou joined Alpha medical center as a Human Resources Intern. In this role, they organized patient documents, performed triage duties, and ensured the security and integrity of sensitive medical information. Aissatou also demonstrated excellent service orientation when dealing with clients.

Currently, Aissatou works at Apex Service Partners as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. Since April 2023, they have been responsible for recruiting and sourcing potential employees for various positions. This involves utilizing applicant tracking systems, conducting candidate screenings, and managing the full cycle of recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Aissatou Bah completed their high school education at North Clayton High School from 2012 to 2015, earning a High School Diploma. Aissatou then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences at Clayton State University from 2015 to 2022.
