Rachael Spiker

Director of Operations Strategy at Apex Service Partners

Rachael Spiker has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rachael is currently serving as the Director of Operations Strategy at Apex Service Partners since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Office Manager at Dwyer Plumbing, Heating & Air from February 2021 to August 2022. Rachael also has a strong background in the hospitality industry, having served as the General Manager at Graduate Hotels from February 2020 to February 2021, where they led the shut down and reopening of a 231-room hotel during the COVID-19 pandemic. Rachael also held the position of Task Force Integration General Manager at Graduate Hotels from August 2017 to February 2020, where they played a key role in opening new hotels, developing operational plans, and managing budget and financials. Before their hospitality career, Rachael worked as an Art Therapist at Magnolia Community Services from July 2014 to December 2016.

Rachael Spiker completed their Master's Degree in Management at the University of Southern California from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art from Spring Hill College between 2010 and 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Rachael obtained a certification in Financial Management from Cornell University in August 2018.
