Sharon Libberton

Sharon Libberton has a diverse work history spanning several industries.

In their most recent role as the Regional Director of HR & Employee Services at Apex Service Partners since April 2022, Sharon is responsible for overseeing human resources and employee services in the region.

Before that, Sharon worked at BelRed Energy Solutions from 2018 to 2022, holding various positions. As the Director of People Operations and Training, they contributed to the growth and development of team members, collaborated with external vendors for training opportunities, and ensured compliance with regulations and safety protocols. Additionally, as the Human Resources Manager, Sharon led the company's efforts in caring for its employees and implementing training programs. Sharon also served as the Customer Service Manager, overseeing customer service operations.

Prior to their time at BelRed Energy Solutions, Sharon worked at A&I Manufacturing, Inc. as an Executive Assistant/Production Manager from 2017 to 2018. In this role, they provided extensive support to the President/Owner and the executive team, including research, report generation, and coordination of special projects. Sharon also played a key role in increasing production levels and implementing an in-house system for streamlining operations.

From 2000 to 2016, Sharon held various roles at Nordstrom.com. As the Call Center Director, they managed a large team and ensured exceptional customer care. As the Mobile POS/Hardware and Environment Director, Sharon led the implementation of a mobile point of sale system and oversaw the design and installation of a new POS system for Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack stores. In their role as the Regional Business Director, they were responsible for multiple departments across 46 stores. Lastly, as the Director of CMIO/CICT, Sharon established a new department focused on implementing an inventory system and played a vital role in transitioning the company to color size-level purchasing and selling.

Sharon Libberton holds an MBA with an emphasis in Leadership from Northwest University. Sharon also obtained a Certificate of Project Management in 2017 from Everett Community College. As for their undergraduate studies, Sharon Libberton earned a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development from Northwest University.
