Sharon Libberton has a diverse work history spanning several industries.

In their most recent role as the Regional Director of HR & Employee Services at Apex Service Partners since April 2022, Sharon is responsible for overseeing human resources and employee services in the region.

Before that, Sharon worked at BelRed Energy Solutions from 2018 to 2022, holding various positions. As the Director of People Operations and Training, they contributed to the growth and development of team members, collaborated with external vendors for training opportunities, and ensured compliance with regulations and safety protocols. As the Mobile POS/Hardware and Environment Director, Sharon led the implementation of a mobile point of sale system and oversaw the design and installation of a new POS system for Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack stores. In their role as the Regional Business Director, they were responsible for multiple departments across 46 stores. Lastly, as the Director of CMIO/CICT, Sharon established a new department focused on implementing an inventory system and played a vital role in transitioning the company to color size-level purchasing and selling.
