Jennifer Stolp

Jennifer Stolp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fundraising and political consultancy. Currently serving as a Fundraising Consultant at Apex Strategies since December 2023, Stolp previously held significant roles at Targeted Victory, including Executive Vice President and Vice President from November 2020 to December 2023. Other notable positions include Franchise Owner at The Scout Guide, President of The Stolp Company, LLC, and Finance Director for Pat Toomey’s U.S. Senate campaign. Prior to these roles, Stolp was the Director of Development at George Washington University and served as Vice President at Campaign Solutions. Additional experience includes serving as Finance Consultant for the John McCain 2008 campaign and as a Special Assistant at the U.S. Department of Education. Stolp holds a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Davis, and an MA in Political Management from The George Washington University.
