Janet Cruz, ITIL and BCIS certified, is a highly experienced IT professional with a robust background in service management and project leadership. Currently serving as Project Lead at Apex Systems since April 2021, Janet previously held various significant roles at Forcepoint, including Service Desk Manager for the Americas, ServiceNow Product Owner, and ITSM Process Manager. Janet's expertise spans ITSM processes, incident and problem management, change management, and continuous service improvement across several organizations, including Whole Foods Market, NTT DATA Americas, and Hospice of the Comforter. Janet holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University and is pursuing an MBA at the University of the People.
