Rebecca Lamaita

Rebecca LaMaita (Mairs) has extensive experience in recruitment and account management, currently serving as a Senior Professional Recruiter at Apex Systems since July 2010. In this role, Rebecca specializes in sourcing candidates for technical IT positions, collaborating with account managers to address hiring needs, and managing candidate negotiations for pay rates and benefits. Prior experience includes positions as an Account Executive at Citrus, Board Member for the Portland Ad Federation’s intern program, and Account Manager at Livengood|Nowack, where Rebecca coordinated advertising campaigns. An early career marketing internship at OSU KidSpirit involved developing promotional strategies for summer camp activities. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing with a minor in Speech Communications from Oregon State University.
