Cynthia Jump

Cynthia Jump is an experienced professional in process excellence and supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Process Excellence at Apex Tool Group, LLC since April 2018. Previously held roles at Apex Tool Group include Sr Manager of IT Business Engagement and SAP Supply Chain Manager. From January 2011 to March 2018, Cynthia worked at Chamberlain Group (CGI) as the Lead Analyst for Business Systems in Supply Chain, progressing from Business Systems Analyst to Lead Analyst during the tenure. In addition to corporate roles, Cynthia has worked as an Independent SAP Supply Chain Training Consultant, where curriculum and instructional design for various processes were defined. Early career experiences include positions at Mars Information Services US LLC and Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company as a Lead Training Analyst.
