Remote Position

At ApexDrop, we believe in fostering authentic connections between brands and influencers. As the Sales Manager, you’ll take charge of leading the sales team, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring our company hits its ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans focused on achieving monthly and annual revenue goals.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and train the sales team, ensuring they are fully equipped to close deals and retain clients.
  • Client Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with key clients to drive growth, upsell opportunities, and client retention.
  • Revenue Focus: Identify new business opportunities and ensure the sales team is meeting and exceeding revenue milestones.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to continually refine and improve sales processes, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key sales metrics, providing ongoing feedback and adjustments to ensure success.
  • Budget Management: Establish and manage the sales budget to ensure resources are effectively allocated to maximize revenue growth.

Additional Responsibilities:

While the primary focus of this role is sales, you will also work closely with marketing to ensure alignment between sales goals and marketing initiatives. This includes overseeing campaigns that support lead generation and client acquisition, but your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue through sales management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8-10 years of leadership experience in sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong ability to build, train, and lead a high-performance sales team.
  • Data-driven, with the ability to analyze sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize growth.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other relevant sales tools.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work with marketing to support lead generation efforts.
