Allison Cummins has extensive experience in various roles related to people and capability management, focusing on continuous improvement and automation. Allison currently serves as the Head of People & Capability at Apexon. Prior to this, Allison worked as the People & Capability Manager at Saggezza from 2018 to 2022. Allison also held the position of Continuous Improvement Delivery Manager at npower from 2017 to 2018. Allison has a background in automation and audit facilitation, having worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2015 to 2017. Before that, they served as the Transition & Transformation Lead at HP from 2012 to 2015. Allison's experience also includes roles at Hewlett-Packard, IBM, and the Rural Payments Agency.

Allison Cummins attended Northumbria University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a 2:1 degree in International Business with Spanish.
