Matt Hayes

Matt Hayes has had a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Matt began their career as a Webmaster at Wright State University College of Nursing and Health from 2000 to 2003. Matt then became a Webmaster and Community Advisor at Wright State University College of Nursing and Health from 2002 to 2004.

In 2004, Matt took on the role of an Intern at LexisNexis before transitioning to become a Software Engineer from 2005 to 2007. Matt was then promoted to the position of Process Engineer at LexisNexis from 2007 to 2011, where they provided process support, expertise, and training, implemented new enterprise project/process management tools, delivered custom training courses, and chaired committees responsible for approving changes to project management and development processes.

In 2011, Matt joined Nationwide as a Specialist - IT Analysis, where they worked until 2013. Matt then took on the role of Consultant in Customer Information Management at Nationwide from 2013 to 2021, demonstrating their versatility in the IT field.

Most recently, Matt has assumed the position of Capability and Project Team Leader at Apexon since May 2021. This role highlights their leadership skills and ability to manage projects and teams effectively.

Matt Hayes completed their education at Wright State University. Matt obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business (B.S.B) with a specialization in Management Information Systems. This was achieved during the period from 1999 to 2003. Matt went on to pursue a Master's in Business Administration (M.B.A) with a focus on Management and IT, which they completed from 2003 to 2005 also at Wright State University.

In addition to their formal education, Matt Hayes has obtained several certifications. In March 2021, they completed the course "Tony Schwartz on Managing Your Energy for Sustainable High Performance" at LinkedIn. In the same month, they also completed the course "Improving Your Listening Skills" at LinkedIn. In February 2021, Matt completed the course "Leading with Intelligent Disobedience" at LinkedIn as well.
