Pallavi Reddy

Pallavi Reddy has held various roles in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment.

Pallavi is currently working at Apexon as an Assistant Manager, responsible for talent acquisition, and had previously served as a Lead in the same department.

Prior to that, they worked at AgileOne as a Team Lead, managing recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) projects, and as a Senior Recruiter.

Pallavi also gained experience at Artech India as a Senior Recruiter, where they handled client relationships, end-to-end recruitment, and assisted team members in searching for niche requirements.

Before that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Magna Infotech - A Quess Company and as a Recruiter Associate at Wipro Limited, where they collaborated with delivery teams to develop position profiles, understand requirements, and educate both clients and candidates on the recruiting process.

Additionally, they have experience as an HR Recruiter at Helios & Matheson, where they managed recruitment processes, screened resumes, and conducted preliminary interviews.

Pallavi started their career as a Recruiter at I SQUARE SOFT.

Pallavi Reddy began their education in 2008 at Sri Krishnadevaraya University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science. Pallavi completed their undergraduate studies in 2011. Pallavi continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR & FINANCE, completing their studies in 2013.
