Shrikant Kalghatgi

Shrikant Kalghatgi has a diverse work experience in various companies. Shrikant currently holds the position of Talent Development Manager at Apexon, starting from January 2022. Prior to Apexon, Shrikant worked at Trianz from April 2021 to December 2021 as the Manager Professional Development. Shrikant also held positions of Assistant Manager Professional Development from October 2017 to April 2021, Lead Professional Development from October 2015 and September 2017, Senior Officer HR from March 2012 to October 2015, and Officer HR from June 2011 to March 2012. Before working at Trianz, Shrikant worked as an Associate Consultant at Capgemini India Pvt Ltd from November 2008 to June 2011. Shrikant also has experience as a Management Trainee at WNS Global Services from May 2008 to July 2008, and at Reliance Retail Ltd from August 2007 to February 2008.

Shrikant Kalghatgi's education history includes an MBA in Human Resource & Industrial Relation from Visvesvaraya Technological University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their BBA in Management from Karnatak University, from 2001 to 2004.
