Sibin Padmanabhan

Sibin Padmanabhan started their work experience in 2010 at Hinduja Tech Limited as a Senior Executive. In this role, they were responsible for recruitment and selection processes, implementing HR policies and processes, organizing hiring drives, and onboarding new hires. Sibin then moved to L & T Infotech in 2015, where they worked as a Senior Executive Human Resources until 2016.
