Twinkle Patel Nanavati has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 2011 at QX Ltd., they progressed through various roles including Junior Executive HR, Human Resources Executive, Senior Executive HR, Manager - Human Resources, and finally Sr. Manager - Human Resources. Twinkle then joined Infostretch in 2018 as Deputy Manager Human Resources, and later became the Human Resources Manager. Twinkle continued their career at Apexon where they served as a Human Resources Manager before being promoted to the role of Senior Manager Human Resources Business Partner.

Twinkle Patel Nanavati completed their education at various institutions. Twinkle obtained a PGDM BE in Service Management from the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, which they attended from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from GLS University between 2005 and 2008. Twinkle also completed their HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) at DAV Public School in 2005. In addition to their formal education, Twinkle Patel Nanavati has pursued further certifications. These include completing the Trainer & Coach Module on Science of Happiness from the University of California, Berkeley in July 2022 and obtaining certifications in various areas such as Managerial Effectiveness and Human Resource Management from institutions like Ahmedabad Management Association. Twinkle has also obtained certifications in areas like Driving Business Productivity and Employee Experience with People Analytics.
