Viveck Parekh

Viveck Parekh has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Viveck started their career at Oracle Corporation in 2007, where they served as a Business Consultant for Small and Medium Enterprises, focusing on database and middleware solutions. Viveck later became a Core Technology Account Manager, working with growing organizations in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

In 2010, Viveck joined Zensar Technologies as a Senior Business Executive, specializing in Oracle services. Viveck'sresponsibilities included generating prospective customer pipelines, driving attendance to company events, and positioning Oracle-based services to potential customers.

In 2011, Viveck moved back to Oracle, this time as a Senior Account Manager for Oracle VDI (JAPAC). Viveck played a pivotal role in growing the partner base and partner-driven business for Oracle Desktop Virtualization product lines in India and APAC. Viveck collaborated with various partners such as Avnet, Redington, Wipro, and Ashtech Infotech.

Viveck then joined Cognizant in 2012, initially holding the role of Senior Business Analyst. Viveck responded to RFPs with capabilities provided by the IT Infrastructure team and conducted analysis on the value realized from various activities. Viveck later became a Manager of Business Development, responsible for driving business growth.

During their time at Cognizant, Viveck held several other roles, including Senior Sales Executive for Infrastructure Services and Strategic Alliances Lead for North America. As the Strategic Alliances Lead, they focused on field alliance management, developing joint solution programs, and working closely with AWS's partner organization.

In 2022, Viveck joined Apexon as the Director of Strategic Alliances, where they currently hold a position.

Viveck Parekh has a strong educational background with a focus on commerce, marketing, and finance. Viveck completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from Indira College of Commerce between 2002 and 2005. Prior to that, they obtained their Higher Secondary Education (SSC) from St. Vincent's High School, Pune, where they studied from 1990 to 2000.

Furthering their education, Viveck pursued an MBA with a specialization in Marketing and Finance from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management from 2005 to 2007. During their tertiary education, they gained comprehensive knowledge in various areas pertaining to business including commerce, business, marketing, and advertising.

In addition to their formal education, Viveck Parekh obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2021. This certification demonstrates their proficiency in cloud computing technologies and adds to their professional qualifications.
