Chris Gulledge

Chris Gulledge has extensive work experience in asset management and property operations. Chris started their career at Oak Leaf Management as a Property Supervisor, managing the operations of multi-family properties and an office building. Chris then moved on to become a Regional Manager at The Morgan Group, overseeing a portfolio of properties in different markets. Chris later worked as a Regional Vice-President at Eureka Multi-Family Group, managing a portfolio of properties in various locations. After that, they joined U.S. Bank as an Asset Manager, responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of mixed-use, industrial, retail, office, and multi-family assets in multiple markets. Chris then worked at Variant Commercial Real Estate as an Asset Manager, overseeing a portfolio of multi-family assets. Most recently, Chris has been employed at Bridge Property Management, first as the Vice President of Operations and then as Senior Vice President of Asset Management at ApexOne Investment Partners. In these roles, they have been responsible for overseeing portfolios of multi-family assets, managing regional managers, overseeing property renovations, and driving financial performance improvements.

Chris Gulledge graduated from Texas A&M University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Sports Management.
