Sara Abdallah began their work experience in 2015 at Aramex, where they started as a Call Center Representative and later transitioned into a role in Quality Assurance. During their time at Aramex, they worked from May 2015 to February 2016 as a Call Center Representative and from March 2016 to March 2018 in Quality Assurance.

In 2018, they joined APG eCommerce Solutions, where they initially worked as a Performance Analyst Executive from April 2018 to June 2021. Sara then moved up to the position of Senior Sales Support Analyst from June 2021 to October 2022. Currently, Sara holds the role of Sales Support Team Leader, starting in October 2022.
