Sin Yin (Jasmine) Pok

Sin Yin (Jasmine) Pok has a diverse work experience. Sin Yin (Jasmine) started their career as a Sales Service Representative at Toys"R"Us in 2013 and then moved on to work as a Customer Service Representative at IKEA in 2014. Sin Yin (Jasmine) also gained experience as a Guest Service (loading & catering) Assistant at Owlish Online Limited (Hong Kong observation wheel) from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, they served as a Project +AD at The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) from March 2015 to August 2015.

In 2017, Sin Yin worked as a Sales Service Representative at Marks and Spencer for a few months. Sin Yin (Jasmine) Pok's education history begins in 2013 when they attended Hong Kong Baptist University and obtained an Associated Degree in Psychology, which they completed in 2015. Sin Yin (Jasmine) then transferred to UNSW in 2015 and pursued a Foundation degree in Business/Commerce, which they completed in 2016.

Sin Yin (Jasmine)'seducational journey continued at UNSW, where they pursued a Bachelor of Aviation (Management) degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations. Sin Yin (Jasmine) started this program in 2016 and completed it in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Sin Yin (Jasmine) Pok has obtained various certifications. In January 2019, they received a First Aid Certificate from the St John Ambulance Association. Sin Yin (Jasmine) then obtained a Barista Certificate from CBD college in September 2020. In May 2020, they acquired an International Driving License from the Hong Kong Transport Department.

Sin Yin (Jasmine)'spursuit of further certifications continued in 2023. In February, they obtained a Mental Health First Aider certification from Mental Health First Aid Australia. In May, they received a Certified Dangerous Goods Professional (AIR) certification and a Certified IMDG Dangerous Goods Professional certification from Dangerous Goods Training International. In January, they became a CargoWise Certified Operator, certified by CargoWise.
