Aphl-cdc Infectious Disease Laboratory Fellow at APHL

Jennifer Morris is currently an APHL-CDC Infectious Disease Laboratory Fellow at the Association of Public Health Laboratories, where responsibilities include isolating and performing whole genome sequencing on bacterial isolates related to disease outbreaks. Previous experience includes coaching competitive swimmers at Nike, serving as a lifeguard at Canobie Lake Park with multiple certifications, and instructing private swim lessons at the University of New Hampshire. Early work experience encompasses roles as a delivery driver at Domino’s and a sales associate at Walmart. Jennifer holds a degree in Biomedical Science with a focus on Medical and Veterinary Science from the University of New Hampshire.
