Kristin Schultes

Kristin Schultes is the vice president of integration for APi Group.

Kristin joined the APi Group of companies in 2008 as the chief financial officer (CFO) of Metropolitan Mechanical Contractors, Inc. She spent 9 years in the role of vice president and CFO and most recently in the role of president. In 2021 she took the role of leading the integration of newly acquired companies for APi Group.

Kristin earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa. She began her career in public accounting and spent time with Deloitte and Grant Thornton before joining MMC in 2008.

Currently she serves on the Board of Directors, Executive Compensation Committee and Audit Committee for Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH). Kristin holds an active CPA license and is a member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA), Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).

Kristin resides with her husband, Ben, and three sons in Edina, Minnesota.
