Gulnara Mambetova, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Finance at APIA Scholars. Previously, Gulnara held positions as Finance and Operations Manager at Asian & Pacific Islander American Scholars and Assistant to VP, Finance and Operations at Asian & Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund. Gulnara holds a Master's degree from Bay Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from International Alatoo University.
