Diana Morais

Diana Morais is currently the Lead of People & Places at Apiax, managing HR tools, payroll control, onboarding, recruitment partners, performance reviews, and internal culture initiatives. Previously worked as a Human Resources Generalist as a freelancer and in People Development at Mercer Portugal, focusing on assessment centres, trainee programs, training, and recruitment. Also served as a Department Coordinator at AEISCTE-IUL and Promoter at Inspiring - Eventos e Divulgação. Collaborated with TEDxISCTE on the theme of "Leadership and Excellence". Holds a Master's degree in Organizational and Social Psychology and a Licentiate degree in Psychology from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
