Clara Matthews

Clara Matthews is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in quality management and infection prevention. Currently serving as a Quality Advisor at Alliant Health Solutions and as an Infection Preventionist Consultant at APIC Consulting Services, Clara also runs Matthews Consulting and Co. as a Quality Management and Infection Prevention Nurse Consultant. Previously, Clara held the position of Director of Infection Control Prevention and Quality Management at Baylor Medical Center at Uptown for over a decade. Clara's earlier roles include Nurse Supervisor/Manager at Medical Center of Arlington and Medical City Dallas Hospital, as well as a Registered Nurse at Saint Agnes Medical Center.
