Miller Fitzgerald has over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Miller began their career in 1987 as a Space Planning Manager and Territory Sales Manager for Bass & Tennents Sales Ltd. Miller then moved to Bass Take Home in 1994 as a Promotions Manager (Wholesale). In 1996, they became a Business Development Manager (Managed Retail) for Bass National Sales. Miller then moved to Bass Brewers in 1998 as a Brand Manager (Hooch) and Trade Marketing Manager. In 2000, they became a National Account Manager (Tesco) for Bass Take Home (Interbrew). In 2002, they joined Coors Brewers as Head of Category Management and National Account Director. From 2005 to 2015, they worked for Molson Coors Brewing (UK) Ltd in various roles, including Director of Sales, Trading and HORECAL, Director of Trading, and Director of Strategic Sourcing. In 2015, they became Commercial Director for Bourne Leisure, where they were responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience through food and beverage leading to turnover and profit growth. In 2017, they founded R Miller F Consulting Ltd. and also took on the role of Sales Director for Apicbase, where they were responsible for unlocking culinary excellence.

Miller Fitzgerald attended Hutchesons' Grammar School from 1981 to 1985. Miller also obtained a Chartered Institute of Marketing - Management Course and an Intermediate from the Wines and Spirits Education Trust.
